Varshikotsava Celebrations

Every year Varshikotsava is conducted from Magha masa Krishna paksha Amavasya. A grand celebration of 3 to 5 days takes place which includes Maha Prathyangira Homa, Rathotsava, Samoohika Chandika Homa, Maha Guruthi Pooja and others.

ANNADANA

Devotees those who visit Sri Maha Prathiyangira Devi Temple on Amavasya Pournima and Fridays are offered with Anna Prasadam which begins from 12:00PM and stays till 2:00PM.

GOUSHALA

Goushala is a Sanskrit term (Gou means cow and Shala as shelter). A Goushala is a protective shelter for cattle. Cows in this shelter are looked after by Sri Maha Prathiyangari Devi Charitable Trust. Devotees can do GouShala Seva by providing Gou Grass or can attend Gou Pooja done every Friday around 8:00AM.
